What we keep, and why.

Callroom is a private workspace for CS2 teams. This page lists what it stores and why.

Your account

You sign in through Steam. Steam shares your Steam ID, display name and avatar with us, and nothing more. We store those to show who’s on your roster.

Your team’s work

Calendars, RSVPs, availability, notes, plays, vetoes and settings your team creates are stored so your roster can see them. Only members of your team can open your hub.

Demos

Demos are parsed in your browser, and the .dem file stays on your computer. We store the replay data your team needs (positions, events, stats and grenade lineups), and only your team can read it. The shared pro library holds professional matches only.

FACEIT

If you link a FACEIT team we read public FACEIT data about your team and your opponents (rosters, league schedules, results and past vetoes) to build your calendar and veto prep.

Deleting your data

A captain can remove players at any time, and any player can leave a team. When a team stops its subscription the hub turns read-only, and its data is deleted 60 days later unless it comes back. To delete everything sooner, ask us and we’ll do it.

Selling and ads

We don’t sell your data, and the site runs no ads or third-party trackers.
