Terms of use

Your hub

The captain who creates a hub manages it: who’s on the roster, the plan, and the team’s settings. Everything your team writes is yours.

Plans and trials

New teams get a 7-day trial with every feature. After it, the hub is read-only until you choose a plan. Paid plans renew until cancelled; a season pass covers one season.

Fair use

Upload demos you have the right to use, don’t try to read other teams’ hubs, and don’t use the service to harass anyone.

FACEIT and Valve

Callroom isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by Valve or FACEIT. FACEIT data is shown as FACEIT provides it and can be late or missing.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, captains hear about it before it takes effect.
